Human anaplastic large cell lymphoma cell line, established from the pleural effusion of a 73-year-old female. Most of these cells were hyperdiploid, with a sharp modal number of 51 chromosomes; occasional cells in the hypertetraploid range were also seen. A minute marker chromosome was consistently observed, and increased numbers of chromosomes were seen in the A, B, C, and F groups
