Any process that results in a change in state or activity of a cell or an organism (in terms of movement, secretion, enzyme production, gene expression, etc.) as a result of an immunosuppressive drug stimulus. Immunosuppressive drugs are a class of drugs that suppress, or reduce, the strength of the body's immune system, for example to make the body less likely to reject a transplanted organ.
