There are at least four isoforms of protein GREB1 produced by alternative splicing. The canonical isoform is GREB1a. GREB1b and GREB1c share 449 and 386 N-terminal amino acids with GREB1a, respectively and have shorter, divergent C-terminal regions. The fourth isoform is an N-terminally truncated form that is comprised of the 947 C-terminal amino acids found in GREB1a. (UniProt and OMIM)
