Reticulon-1 is expressed as three isoforms (A, B, C) with unique N termini. According to UniProt, RTN1-A (NSP-A) is the canonical form; RTN1-B (NSP-B) is 356-aa and RTN1-C (NSP-C) is 208-aa. RTN1-A and RTN1-B are phosphorylated and expression of RTN1-C is correlated with neuronal differentiation. (UniProt)
