A fusion protein (523 aa, ~60 kDa) encoded by the TPR/MET fusion gene. This protein is comprised of approximately 140 N-terminal amino acids of the nucleoprotein TPR, including two leucine zipper motifs, fused to the intracellular tyrosine kinase domain of the hepatocyte growth factor receptor protein.
